A Bespoke Apartment Block

Project Description

Located in an upmarket area in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, the approach to the interiors of this project were based on the architect’s use of concrete and a linear repetition on the facade. One of the challenges was the abundance of concrete columns needed for support of the large concrete spans

With this in mind, we chose to encase the columns creating pockets of spaces in similar finishes, as best illustrated around the staircase. A focus on luxury finishes and simple designs make the apartments more upmarket.
